However, it is important to clarify that Shahriar Worldwide Ventures does not have the authority to issue visas directly, as this decision lies solely with the respective embassy. Similarly, the granting of a work permit depends entirely on the employer or the sponsoring company. What we can guarantee is a structured and transparent process with a maximum processing time of six (6) months. Within this period, you may receive a work permit or a visa, depending on the decisions made by the concerned authorities. We remain committed to assisting you throughout the journey and ensuring that you are well-informed at every stage, but we cannot provide absolute certainty of visa approval.

2. Our guarantee focuses on the work permit process. If Shahriar Worldwide Ventures fails to deliver a valid work permit within the promised six (6) month period, we assure you a 100% refund of your security deposit. This refund policy reflects our dedication to fairness, accountability, and client trust. We believe that your financial investment should remain secure in the event that the process does not reach a successful conclusion within the agreed timeline. This guarantee is part of our ongoing commitment to protect the interests of our clients and to maintain a transparent relationship based on mutual trust.

3. Withdrawal of applications is subject to specific conditions. Should you decide to withdraw your application before the six (6) month period has elapsed, or at any stage while the process is still ongoing, please note that your security deposit will be forfeited. This is because each application requires the use of our resources, time, and operational efforts from the very beginning. Early withdrawals disrupt this process and result in unnecessary losses, which is why the security deposit cannot be refunded under these circumstances. We strongly encourage applicants to carefully consider this point before making a withdrawal decision.

On the other hand, if you decide to withdraw your application after the full six (6) month period has passed and Shahriar Worldwide Ventures has not been able to provide you with the promised work permit, then you will be eligible for a full refund of your security deposit. This ensures that our clients are not placed at a disadvantage due to delays or failures on our part. Our refund assurance after the six-month period is one of the ways we uphold transparency and accountability, keeping client satisfaction at the heart of our services.

5. For applicants who wish to continue with us beyond the initial six (6) months, we also offer an option to extend the process by an additional three (3) months. This extension is entirely at the applicant’s discretion. Some clients prefer to allow us more time rather than withdrawing, especially in cases where the process is already at an advanced stage. Shahriar Worldwide Ventures respects your choice and will continue to provide our full support during the extended period if you grant us this opportunity.

6. Finally, we want to emphasize that refunds will only be applicable under the specific conditions outlined above. By applying through Shahriar Worldwide Ventures, you acknowledge and accept these policies as part of our professional agreement.
